1. I'm buying a new sewing machine. I think I'm going to pick it up tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to playing with it.
2. I'm going on a craft retreat this weekend. Three days, in a hotel, where I can craft to my little heart's content. I think I'm going to learn all about the aforementioned new sewing machine.
3. I have fabric and patterns for a new purse for me and a new dress for Ali.
4. A friend told me she had a bunch of fabric to give me. I can't wait to see what it is!
5. Anna Maria Horner's new book and the newest Sew U book come out soon.

Its exciting when you find a new creative outlet. I used to make all my kids clothes when they were little with my little janome machine. The're all grown up now and wouldn;t be found dead in "mum made" clothes, so now i devote my time to painting instead. If you get a chance to have a look at my site and leave a comment, that would be great too. thanks caroline
I am SO pumped about the newest Sew U book too. I preordered mine at Barnes and Noble this week. We will be styling girls!!
